Getting Started
How does the free plan work?
Sign up for free and get one business entity, domain monitoring, basic trademark search, and 100 MB of brand vault storage. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro, Business, or Agency anytime.
What's included in free business formation?
Free formation covers LLC or C-Corp filing in one state, EIN registration, a registered agent for the first year, and a standard operating agreement template. State filing fees are billed separately at cost — we show the exact amount before you submit.
How long does formation take?
Most businesses are formed within 3–5 business days, depending on the state. You can track the status in real time from your dashboard.
Can I use Archecura if I already have a business?
Yes. You can connect existing entities, domains, and trademarks to your dashboard. Archecura isn't just for new formations — it's for managing everything you already have in one place.
Pricing & Plans
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. When you upgrade, your data migrates automatically — nothing is lost. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Are state filing fees included in the plan price?
No — state fees vary by location and are billed separately at cost. We show the exact amount before you submit any filing so there are no surprises.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro supports up to 5 entities with trademark filing, domain management, and compliance alerts. Business supports up to 25 entities with priority trademark filing, multi-state compliance, team collaboration, and 25 GB of brand vault storage. Business is built for operators managing multiple brands.
What does the Agency plan include?
Unlimited entities, per-client dashboards, white-label branding, API access, and dedicated support. Built for agencies, law firms, and fractional ops teams managing brand infrastructure for multiple clients.

How does trademark monitoring work?
Archecura continuously monitors trademark databases for conflicts with your registered marks. You get alerts when a new filing could conflict with your brand, plus automatic renewal reminders so you never miss a deadline.
Can I manage domains from different registrars?
Yes. Connect domains from any registrar — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains, or anywhere else. See DNS, expiry dates, and WHOIS data in one view without transferring domains.
What is the Brand Vault?
A secure storage space for your brand assets: logos, brand guidelines, trademark certificates, operating agreements, and any other documents tied to your brand identity. Share access with team members or clients without email attachments.
How do compliance alerts work?
Archecura tracks deadlines across your entities — annual reports, trademark renewals, domain expirations, registered agent fees. You get email alerts before anything is due so nothing slips through the cracks.
For Agencies & Teams
Can my clients see their own dashboard?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Each client gets their own isolated workspace showing only their entities, domains, trademarks, and deadlines. They see nothing from other clients.
Can I add team members?
Business and Agency plans support team collaboration. Add team members, assign permissions, and manage filings together without sharing a single login.
Do you support white-label dashboards?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Brand the client portal with your agency's logo and colors so clients see your brand, not ours.
International Founders
Can I form a US business from outside the country?
Yes. Archecura supports international founders forming US LLCs and C-Corps. We handle registered agent services, EIN registration, and state filings regardless of where you're located.
Do you support international trademark filing?
We currently support US trademark filing through the USPTO. International trademark filing (Madrid Protocol) is on our roadmap.
