Subprocessors
The third parties that process customer data on our behalf. We add to this list only when the service needs it, and we notify account owners 30 days before a new one handles customer data.

The USPTO
The USPTO is not a subprocessor. Archecura reads public records from TSDR by serial number; nothing about your organization is sent to the USPTO beyond the serial number requested and an honest user-agent string.
Notice of changes
Account owners receive an email 30 days before a new subprocessor begins handling customer data. If you object, you can close your organization and export your data before the change takes effect. To be notified by a different address, write to [email protected].
